Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can big biscuits or 2 small cans
  • 1 can mixed vegetables with juice
  • 8 oz. water

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables with juice, tomato sauce, and water to the skillet.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir the mixture and bring to a boil.
  5. Arrange biscuits on top of the mixture and cover tightly.
  6. Simmer on stove top for 15 to 20 minutes until biscuits are cooked through.
