Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ribs
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. wine
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and add ribs.
  2. Cook with cover off for 1 1/2 hours.
