Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 4 onions
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 tub crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain from skillet and set aside.
  2. Cook onions in oleo until caramelized.
  3. Combine sour cream, flour, salt, and beaten eggs in a bowl.
  4. Stir cooked bacon and onions into the sour cream mixture.
  5. Pat 4 crescent rolls into a greased pan, stretching as needed and pinching to seal.
  6. Pour the onion and bacon mixture over the dough.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
