Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 c. water
  • salt
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a pan and add flour, stirring until well combined.
  2. Gradually add water and cook, stirring, until the gravy thickens.
  3. Slice the onion thinly.
  4. Place a slice of onion on each burger or dish.
  5. Pour the hot gravy over the burgers or dish.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
