Ingredients

  • 14 1/2 oz. can golden hominy
  • 3 oz. can French fried onions
  • 15 1/2 oz. can cut green beans
  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain the hominy, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid.
  2. Chop half of the French fried onions.
  3. Combine the hominy, reserved liquid, chopped onions, green beans, mushroom soup, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  4. Turn the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake, covered, at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover and top with the remaining French fried onions.
  7. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
