Ingredients

  • 3 large Spanish or Bermuda onions (about 2 lb.)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut onions into 1/8-inch slices and separate into rings.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and paprika in a plastic bag.
  3. Add about 2 cups of onion rings into the bag and shake to coat with flour.
  4. Remove coated onions from the bag and repeat with remaining onions.
