Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups nonfat cottage cheese, drained
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Mix skim milk and cottage cheese in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in onion soup mix.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables.
