Ingredients

  • 12 medium yellow onions
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wrap the unpeeled onions individually in foil.
  2. Push into the coals of a fire or barbecue, and leave for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Alternatively, place in a 375°F oven for 1 hour.
