Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 box 10x sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Mix the cake mix, softened margarine, and 1 egg together until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, pushing the edges up slightly.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and 2 eggs together until smooth.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pecans and crust.
  7. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 50 minutes until set and golden.
