Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 25 slices party rye bread
  • 1 1/2 cups well-drained, chopped sauerkraut
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced corned beef

Instructions

  1. Spread 1/2 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing on each slice of party rye bread.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of well-drained, chopped sauerkraut on each slice of bread.
  3. Top with a slice of thinly sliced corned beef.
  4. Cut cheese to the size of bread slices and place over the corned beef.
  5. Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
