Open Tacos

Instructions
- Brown and season meat.
- Heat 2 sauces in small pan.
- (If can't find El Patio, use taco sauce and leave off tomato sauce.)
- Pour small amount of oil in same skillet and heat.
- Heat tortillas one at a time in oil.
- Turn once, just take seconds, keep soft.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Dip in hot sauce.
- Put a layer of meat, onion and cheese on taco.
- Repeat and add lettuce and tomato on top.
- Your can add olives, avocado, etc.
- Serve with Ranch Style beans.
