Orange Apples

Ingredients

  • 6 tart cooking apples
  • 1 1/2 c. bread cubes
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the apples into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare bread cubes with melted 1/2 stick butter and brown sugar.
  3. Sprinkle bread over the apples equally.
  4. Set aside.
