Orange-Coconut Bubble Bread

- Cut the thawed bread dough into 16 equal pieces; shape each piece into a ball.
- Place the dough balls on a floured surface and cover; let rest for 10 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix the flaked coconut, granulated sugar, and grated orange peel.
- Using two spoons, roll each dough ball in melted butter, then in the coconut mixture to coat all sides.
- Arrange the coated dough balls loosely in two layers in a greased tube pan.
- Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bubble bread in the center of the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Immediately invert the baked bread onto a rack and then turn it top side up to serve.
