Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups orange muffin mix
  • 1 1/2 cups date muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped California walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the orange muffin mix and date muffin mix in a bowl.
  2. Blend eggs and water; stir into the dry mixes until completely moistened.
  3. Fold in chopped California walnuts.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
  6. Remove from the pan and cool before slicing.
