- Combine the orange muffin mix and date muffin mix in a bowl.
- Blend eggs and water; stir into the dry mixes until completely moistened.
- Fold in chopped California walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
- Remove from the pan and cool before slicing.
