Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cream butter with sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Add flour, but do not stir in yet.
  4. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over flour and fold in, ensuring these are well distributed.
  5. Mix thoroughly, then add white and milk chocolate chips.
  6. Bake about 8 minutes, or until light golden.
