Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3/4 cup salad oil

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except salad oil into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until combined, then with the machine running, slowly drizzle in 3/4 cup salad oil until the dressing is smooth, homogenized, and slightly runny.
