Orange Glazed Pork Roast
Juicy pork sirloin roast glazed with a sweet and tangy orange sauce, complemented by warm cinnamon and thyme, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pork roast inside a large oven bag.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, flour, instant chicken bouillon, ground cinnamon, and thyme leaves.
- Pour the mixture over the pork in the oven bag.
- Add the halved acorn squash and apple eighths around the roast in the bag.
- Seal the oven bag according to package instructions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 2 hours, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the pork and serve with the roasted squash and apples, spooning some of the glaze over the top.
