- Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
- Mix together the Bisquick, 2 tablespoons sugar, egg, orange peel, and orange juice.

- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
- Mix remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon over tops of each muffin.
