Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. lemon or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar; add yogurt.
  2. Add dry ingredients and then raisins and nuts.
  3. Spray a muffin pan with Pam and fill cups.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
