Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
