Ingredients

  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 medium container Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix, Wesson oil, eggs, drained mandarins, and pineapple juice with a mixer until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
