Ingredients

  • 1 large box Jell‑O
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 large and 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1 large can Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine the Jell‑O, sour cream, Cool Whip, drained Mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set and chilled.
  3. Serve the pudding in individual cups or bowls, optionally garnished with extra fruit or a sprinkle of whipped cream.
