Ingredients

  • 1 box orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup cooked salted rice
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the gelatin in boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Combine the powdered sugar, cooked salted rice, crushed pineapple, and the gelatin mixture; mix well.
  3. When the salad begins to set, fold in the whipped cream.
