Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced jalapeno pepper
  • 2/3 c. chopped tomato
  • 1/4 c. chopped orange
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Stir ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
