Ingredients

  • 1 oz. package ranch dry salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 32 oz. mixed frozen vegetables

Instructions

  1. Combine the ranch dry salad dressing mix with the oil in a large bowl.
  2. Add the frozen vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer the coated vegetables to a casserole dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Stir the vegetables every 10 minutes during baking.
