Orange Slice Balls

Sweet and nutty orange slice balls combine candied orange, pecans, coconut, and sweet milk for a delightful treat perfect for holidays or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 lb candied orange slices, cut up
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 cans coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except the sugar.
  2. Prepare a shallow pan with a brown paper bag liner.
  3. Grease the paper bag with Pam.
  4. Put the mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes at 300°F.
  5. Allow to cool, then spoon the mixture by the tablespoon and form into balls.
  6. Roll the balls in confectioners' sugar and place on wax paper to set.
