Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen pound cake
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1 tsp. orange extract
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the pound cake into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Brush both sides of the cake slices with orange juice.
  3. Prepare the vanilla pudding with milk according to package instructions.
  4. Mix in orange zest and orange extract into the pudding.
  5. Layer the orange-soaked cake slices in a serving dish.
  6. Spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the cake.
  7. Repeat layers as desired.
  8. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
