Orange-Walnut Pound Cake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and lightly flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
- Bring butter and eggs to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, beat butter at medium speed until softened.
- Gradually add sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Combine flour and baking powder; gradually beat into egg mixture until just combined.
- Stir in orange rind, juice, walnuts and raisins.
- Stir.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 50 minutes or until done.
- Cool on wire rack 15 minutes before removing from pan.
