Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion or 1 teaspoon instant minced onion

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place carrots in an ungreased 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
  3. Add salt, paprika, orange juice, and chopped onion or minced onion; mix well.
  4. Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
