Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pictsweet Fordhook lima beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Pictsweet chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. Pictsweet chopped green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 c. seasoned croutons

Instructions

  1. Prepare beans according to cooking directions; drain.
  2. Brown chopped onions and green peppers in margarine in a skillet.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes to the browned vegetables and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked beans to the vegetable mixture and heat through.
  5. Sprinkle seasoned croutons on top and heat an additional 10 minutes before serving.
