Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
  • 2 c. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks.
  2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, water, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and the whipping cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into an aluminum foil-lined 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or a 2-quart container.
  5. Cover and freeze until firm.
