  1. Cut the chicken into frying parts.
  2. Mix flour, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt together in a bag.

  5. Brown the chicken on both sides in the frying pan.
  6. Place the browned chicken in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
