Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetable medley (such as carrots, broccoli, red peppers), thawed
  • 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and onion in a wok or large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring to separate beef.
  2. Spoon off excess fat.
  3. Add garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add vegetables; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Add stir-fry sauce; stir-fry for 30 seconds or until hot.
  6. Serve over chow mein noodles.
