Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat, chopped celery, and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess liquid from the meat mixture.
  3. Add soy sauce to the meat mixture.
  4. Stir in mushroom soup, chicken soup, and rice; mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour until heated through and bubbly.
