Oriental Tuna

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 pkg. salted cashews
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1/2 of chow mein noodles.
  2. Combine remaining noodles with soup, water, tuna, cashews, celery, onion and soy sauce.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on High or until hot, stirring once.
  5. Top with reserved noodles and let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
