Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed turkey meat
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2 large red peppers, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 basket crunchy bean sprouts
  • 1/3 cup dark sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine the turkey with the vegetables in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix the oil, soy sauce, and vinegar in a cruet until well blended.
  3. Toss the turkey and vegetables with the dressing until evenly coated.
