Our Favorite Pineapple Dessert

A light, fruity pineapple dessert with marshmallows and whipped topping, layered with graham cracker crumbs, perfect for gatherings and sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup whipped topping (dry, prepared)
  • 24 graham squares

Instructions

  1. Melt marshmallows and milk over double boiler until thoroughly melted and mixed.
  2. Stir frequently during melting.
  3. Remove from heat; add butter and stir until melted.
  4. Let mixture cool until it congeals.
  5. Add drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping to the mixture; stir well.
  6. Spread graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving half of the crumbs.
  7. Spread the pineapple mixture over the crumbs.
  8. Top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours before serving.
