Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken, cut, washed and drained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt butter in a pan.
  3. Prepare cracker crumbs and flour.
  4. Season chicken with salt.
  5. Roll chicken pieces in crumb mixture to coat.
  6. Lay chicken skin side up in a baking pan.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
  8. Turn chicken and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
