Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
  • 1/2 cup unprocessed bran
  • butter flavored, nonstick vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, white pepper, sesame seed, ground ginger, and bran together in a small bowl.
  2. Spray the chicken breasts with vegetable cooking spray and dip them in soy sauce.
  3. Coat the chicken with the ginger mixture and place in a metal baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
  4. Lightly spray the chicken again with vegetable cooking spray and drizzle remaining soy sauce evenly over all chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle bran crumbs on top.
  6. Bake in a 375°F oven for about 40 minutes or until tender.
