Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut raw turkey breast into serving size pieces.
  2. Wash thoroughly.
  3. Beat the egg and stir in soy sauce.
  4. Dip the turkey pieces in the egg-soy mixture.
  5. Coat the dipped turkey with cornflake crumbs.
  6. Place the coated turkey on a foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  7. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
