Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 medium to large potatoes
  • 1 green mango
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 slices bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or grill to a medium-high temperature.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
  3. Slice the green mango and onion thinly.
  4. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
