Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hash browns (frozen), thawed
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and grated Cheddar cheese together.
  2. Toss the mixture with chopped onions and thawed hash browns until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
