Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp ???
  • 1 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pack the vegetables into cold jars.
  2. Fill the jars with cold water, leaving space at the top.
  3. Place the jars in a pan of warm water and set in the oven.
  4. Ensure the jars do not touch each other.
  5. Bring the water to a boil or until the jars change color.
  6. Check the lids for tightness.
  7. Set the oven to 225°F.
  8. Leave the jars in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
