Instructions
- Brown meat, onion, garlic and pepper in skillet; drain.
- Add taco seasoning and refried beans; heat through.
- In separate bowl, combine mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and water.
- Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with small amount of sauce mixture.
