Oven Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) refried beans
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) mild enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 16 taco shells
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown meat, onion, garlic and pepper in skillet; drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning and refried beans; heat through.
  3. In separate bowl, combine mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and water.
  4. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with small amount of sauce mixture.
