Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk in the milk, dry mustard, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked sausage to the egg mixture. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until set and golden on top, about 45 minutes.
