Overnight Cauliflower Salad

- Using a large plastic or glass bowl with a cover, layer the lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, and bacon as listed.
- Seal the bowl tightly with the lid or stretch Saran Wrap tightly over it.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight, allowing at least 12 hours for the topping to become crunchy.
- Just before serving, toss the salad gently to mix all ingredients.
- If desired, dip straight down into the salad and transfer to another bowl to serve or serve directly from the original bowl.
- Do not skimp on or substitute the bacon to ensure the best flavor and texture.
