Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cloverleaf roll dough (about 25 balls)
  • 1 (4 oz.) package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Separate the roll dough into individual pieces.
  2. Each piece will be divided into three smaller pieces; use only about 20 larger pieces if desired.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix, brown sugar, and chopped pecans.
  4. Layer the dough pieces in a greased baking dish, sprinkling the pudding mixture between layers.
  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the assembled layers.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
