  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine quick cooking oats, brown sugar, and salad oil; let set overnight.
  2. Next day, add beaten eggs, salt, and almond flavoring; mix well.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a well-greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 315°F (157°C) for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly before removing from the pan.
