Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 packages frozen dough balls (19 or 20 balls)
  • 1 1/2 packages (3 oz.) butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Butter the bottom and sides of a Bundt pan.
  2. Sprinkle pecans on the bottom and sides of the pan.
  3. Place dough balls evenly in the pan.
  4. Sprinkle dry butterscotch pudding mix over the dough balls.
  5. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar; cool slightly.
  6. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the dough.
  7. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and leave overnight (9 to 11 hours).
  8. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake the coffeecake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Immediately turn out onto a serving plate and serve warm.
