Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Veg-All
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the crock-pot.
  2. Turn on low and cook for 10 to 12 hours.
  3. Any leftovers can be cooked on the stovetop until potatoes and carrots are tender.
  4. Freeze leftovers to enjoy soup throughout the winter.
